1996	Paymentech brand created and IPO executed
1996	Acquired Gensar, which became Paymentech Network Services, Tampa
1996	Acquired Merchant Link
1997	Chase Merchant Services created as JV between Chase and FDC
1997	First USA acquired by Bank One (57% of Paymentech owned by Bank One; 43% public)
1999	FDC acquired shares of Paymentech; merged with BOPS (52% owned by Bank One; 47.5% by FDC)
2001	Completed largest retail merchant conversion
2001	Launched Orbital Gateway and FlexCache SVC

2002	Acquired Scotiabank and Citibank CA merchant acquiring portfolio
