As Executive Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of the Multi-Channel Platform, Keith Kennedy oversees the business unit that includes Chase Paymentech Solutions' in-house payment processing platform for card-not-present, direct marketing and online retailers; recurring billers; multi-channel retailers; specialty retailers; and industry specific retailers, including petroleum marketers. Kennedy also manages the company's corporate planning process by executing market evaluations, strategic planning and resource allocation. One of the original employees of Litle & Company, a leading credit card processor for the direct marketing industry acquired by the former Paymentech in 1995, Kennedy held positions of increasing responsibility in merchant relations; systems design and development; computer operations; marketing; operations improvement; and the office of the chairman/co-founder.
Before joining Litle & Company, Kennedy worked in business unit management for Marriott Corporation's resorts division and was a columnist/writer and photographer for a subsidiary of Dow Jones. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. with a bachelor's degree in marketing and communications.
