Roger C. Hart

Roger C. Hart brings a decade of experience in the payment processing industry to his role as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for Chase Paymentech Solutions. Hart oversees the provision of all legal services to Chase Paymentech Solutions, including litigation, transactional matters and other legal matters, and legal advice on a wide variety of company issues. Prior to being named Executive Vice President, Hart was General Counsel for the former Paymentech.

Previously, Hart served as a Senior Counsel at Bank of America. Hart holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
