*Merchants may terminate their contract by providing 30 days written notice. Unless the merchant received a signing bonus or free equipment in consideration of signing up with Chase Paymentech, there is no penalty for terminating the contract. Merchants that received either a signing bonus or free equipment, could be required to repay all or a pro-rated portion of the value of the signing bonus or free equipment if they terminate the contract within 24 months of signing. **Prospective merchants must provide at least three (3) months of their most recent MasterCard and Visa processing statements to their Chase Paymentech sales representative. Cost comparison will be based on a calculation of the overall cost for comparable services, as determined by the processing statements provided by merchant, and excludes any one time fees.
